David was such a life saver and brought a rental car to us same day when our other car from a rental company cancelled. The car was in perfect condition and so comfortable.
Reservation process was very simple and the Vehicle was clean and drove very well. Definitely a more painless process compared to the typical Rental companies that are everywhere. David was very nice and helpful too! -Tai N.
Overall bad customer service. When you call to get help they never answer. When they finally called back i asked to rent a car for 1 day and the person on the phone had the audacity to say I can't give you a 1 day rental because it's not worth it for us we can't make money. A real company would never say that to a paying customer. Learn some customer service and treat people better.
Terrible customer service. I called several times due to having questions. Never once got a call back. I continued to book a reservation. Shortly after I arrived for pick up I received a text saying the car wasn't available for a 1 day trip. I had looked at several cars that required this but the one I booked didnt say it. Such a huge inconvenience.
It was very easy booking Davids vehicle, he responded back very fast, made sure I had everything I needed to rent his car. The car was amazing and super good on gas. His professionalism was beyond great. I will be renting from him again.
