Never responded and never returned phone call and literally put my DL and my insurance and people at the counter even tried to contact him and never answered

I requested for a car. Did all the verification I needed to , just to get cancelled. I have no idea why , but God works in mysterious ways. To say i don’t have a minimum of $500 is outrageous if that’s the case then what kind of insurance do I have because you’re telling me something that I never knew even though I’m the person who signed up for the insurance. Just say you don’t want people of color in your vehicles.
