I called them today to gather some information, and see if this would be an option I could use to get to my appointments around town. I spoke with a gentleman (Thomas I believe was his name) only to find out that I am a little over a year away from being able to use their door to door ride option..but this guy was amazing! He went over several other options, gave me the contact info for them, and even looked up the city bus numbers I would need to get to my appointments. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! True Transit is a very big help in getting me from St. Peter to my appointments in Mankato. They work with me in getting me there on time and do there best to pick me up when I would like. They need to work to schedule several trips at the same time, and it's understandable that times may not work out exactly as I would like. However, I have experienced it as always being close to what I would like. Scheduling can work out better by online or even sending them a detailed email of requested rides. I could not get a ride from home to work I would not recommend them for a ride the office service was ok
