I feel so peaceful after the detox retreat today. The combination of meditation, journaling and movement was very powerful and has begun an important shift. Thank you for the planning and love that went into this experience.
Tracey is very knowledgeable, and gentle about our physical bodies and the therapies we need to correct for better health. She is also an amazing paddleboard instructor and tour guide. I had the most amazing vacation, doing yoga, paddle boarding and having her tour and show us all the wonderful sights and sounds. She was meticulously ahead of us, prepping for the next adventure! I was in awe everyday. Thank-you so much Tracey, I will be back!
Tracey is a phenomenal yoga instructor! I take classes twice a week with her, and I cannot say enough positive things about her class. Tracey creates a nourishing and beautiful environment, where anyone can feel comfortable - no matter your yoga experience.
