Heather combines her life coaching skill with hypnotherapy that helped me to gain immediate clarify about the life issues. I had 2 sessions of hypnotherapy + counselling with her and find it very powerful and the effect was long lasting. Also, I felt deeply relaxed during and after the session. I appreciate Heather's help, patience and understanding during the process. During this time of uncertainty, we all need her hynotherapy!
