was looking to a completely new set and Andy was patient and did not laugh at my inept swing ! :) He showed me about a dozen options. Then narrowed it down to 2 and tried those with multiple shaft options before deciding on the right set up for me. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Highly recommend Andy!! (4 stars is "great" and it was, I can't claim 5 stars "exceptional" since I have zero prior experience with getting fit)
