Talon was great. He spent a lot of time with me, clearly explained things, and I never feel like he was pushing me to buy anything. Fun day. Just be prepared to make a lot of golf swings if you do a full bag fitting. It can get tiring.
True Spec is the best place to get properly fitted for clubs and Talon is one of the most knowledgable fitters available. he uses a consultative approach, not salesy, which keeps me coming back.
First time going to a True Spec and didn’t know what to expect. Talon answered all my questions (lots of them) and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. I think the next time I go, I would split it up and do the Driver seperate from the Irons because I was just getting burnt out. Talon was very honest when it came to my current clubs. Never thought about a Ping driver until he set me up in one. Much more constancy with the driver in the set up he built.
