Over 700 in over draft fees!!! Well don't fall for the over draft fees. I specifically stated I don't want over draft on. I couldn't use my card if there wasn't money best way and I couldn't but for subscriptions it doesn't matter I paid over 700 in over draft fees for as low as 2.99 charge. 32.00 each time. So bank calls me car repoed no working with me on that apparently. I ask about the over draft forgiveness the lady transfers me well I get hung up on how nice. Appreciate that. Clsd my savings kept checking open til July… Tatum Wells failed to tell me you have to keep a savings acct open if you have a checking.
Very bad experience with this branch. Trusky over all has gone down hill over the years. Even the loan department at the other location is a complete joke. Abigail at this branch particular needs training. They don’t make it easy for a long time member with top tier qualifications for loan. So be ready for disappointment when you walk in this branch.
