Absolutely horrific customer service. I went to basic training for the army with my credit card on AutoPay and they cancelled my AutoPay while I was in basic training. They sent a derogatory account two times to the credit bureaus and dropped my credit score 100 points when I returned home. They refuse to help me get my situation fixed, I am unable to buy a house now due to my credit score being so low. I have been a long time member of this banking institution since before the name changed to True Sky. In recent times I have had increased difficulty with online transactions and any transaction that is over $50 if it is not the same places I shop on a regular basis in my local area. Recently went in 3 times to sort out being able to order something without my card declining from an online merchant that is an international seller and they literally said on the last attempt they could not help me.
