Very bad experience with this branch. Trusky over all has gone down hill over the years. Even the loan department at the other location is a complete joke. Abigail at this branch particular needs training. They don’t make it easy for a long time member with top tier qualifications for loan. So be ready for disappointment when you walk in this branch.

Absolutely horrific customer service. I went to basic training for the army with my credit card on AutoPay and they cancelled my AutoPay while I was in basic training. They sent a derogatory account two times to the credit bureaus and dropped my credit score 100 points when I returned home. They refuse to help me get my situation fixed, I am unable to buy a house now due to my credit score being so low.
