I literally can’t get on the phone with them ever no one picks up for some reason and the wait time is always 5 minutes but last 50+

Today I called True Sky CU for the 4th time during the past week to find out why my car payment sent 9/28 and due on 10/10 had not been posted. Each time I called previously I was told they were behind on posting payments. But today I was connected to the True Sky bank in Yukon and spoke with a wonderful lady named "Abbi" i want to complement her to you for being so helpful to get my payment straightened out and explain what I needed to do. Went to the Yukon branch to cash a check. I walked in and the young front counter girl was on the phone and never said anything. A lady walked by and said we will be with you shortly, walked into her office and shut the door. Meanwhile, the counter girl had her chin resting on her hand while she was on the phone, just thoroughly look like she was having a great time, Not.
