Today I called True Sky CU for the 4th time during the past week to find out why my car payment sent 9/28 and due on 10/10 had not been posted. Each time I called previously I was told they were behind on posting payments. But today I was connected to the True Sky bank in Yukon and spoke with a wonderful lady named "Abbi" i want to complement her to you for being so helpful to get my payment straightened out and explain what I needed to do. Went to the Yukon branch to cash a check. I walked in and the young front counter girl was on the phone and never said anything. A lady walked by and said we will be with you shortly, walked into her office and shut the door. Meanwhile, the counter girl had her chin resting on her hand while she was on the phone, just thoroughly look like she was having a great time, Not. I have had so many issues with TrueSky. I came from FAA CU when they were acquired or merged with TrueSky. I have been a member with FAACU/TrueSky since I was born...Ever since TrueSky took over I have had SO MANY issues. Especially a few years ago when the backend or website changed...Had to call in multiple times and STAY ON HOLD FOREVER just to talk to someone who could help me.
