Poor customer service! The worse bank ever! Interest rates may be low but it ain’t worth the headache!
This is the 2nd branch I've gone to and they aren't equipped to replace a lost card. Definitely need another bank.
Update: No issues with ATM since. Thank you for fixing them! Two days in a row i have tried to use the ATM outside and both times the ATM has been broken. If it is damaged, mark it as such and save people the trouble and hassle.
They have the tellers answering phone call while members are waiting in line for tellers. However, they have a manager monitoring but not assisting. Terrible service to get to your funds.
