El servicio en el loby en ocasiones es muy lento, porque atienden primero a los de carro que los que estamos dentro del banco y cuando se juntan las personas se toman su tiempo y no les importa que estén esperando y en ocasiones he visto que hay personal que puede atender y no lo hace.
You call this bank and get an answering machine. Waited for over 10-20 minutes. Other banks like BancFirst have people that answer until 10PM with hardly any wait time.
Their customer service leaves way too much to wish moving to a different bank to do my business
