Closed for Juneteenth and they didn’t even update it on Google so it still says they’re open. Drove all the way across town since they can’t have a location in Central Oklahoma City anymore just to find out that I’m screwed. This credit union sucks and I would switch if my entire family wasn’t a linked in. DO NOT START AN ACCOUNT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT
Literally the worst banking experience I’ve ever had.
Just had a call from this location asking for someone who I don’t know bi informed her that this is not that person and I’ve had this number for 5 years. She basically accused me of being a liar and swears she talks to someone on this number named M. No maam. You don’t. And I don’t appreciate the attitude.
