There were two people serving and I was the only customer and I waited 10 minutes while both workers spoke on the phone, one of them hung up the phone and we continued waiting and never deigned to assist us. Previous visit I waited 45 minutes for the debt relief paper for my car, they never gave it to me, I had to go to another suvursal that in less than 7 minutes I already had the certificate in my hand. Please train your staff in customer service. Thanks
Do not get a loan at this bank. I have an auto loan with them and have shown proof of insurance all the time I have had the car and they added their own insurance. Claiming I never showed proof. So now I’m stuck paying more money from my loan amount plus it went against my credit score because they failed to communicate that these charges where being added. The only reason I found out I had charges is because my receipt shows a late fee and I question why I was paying a late fee if my payments were on time every months. Afte... read more
