Unbelievably unprofessional!! I called ahead to make an appointment before purchasing a Groupon, and they confirmed the appointment via text the day before but I showed up at the stated time and there was no one there! The whole spa was closed! What terrible customer service and waste of money.
Used the "booking widget" on the companies website, I have used the same booking system for other beauty service providers. Go into the "spa" and it's the person is on holidays. Why have a system for booking when your business clearly doesn't know how to use it or the computer.
