Went for my boyfriends birthday and had an amazing experience! Had no wait time and employees were very respectful. They truly aim to give you the most relaxing experience!
I needed to get my dad a gift card however I live out of state. I called and it was easy to order the gift card and the customer service was wonderful.
So I give two stars because everyone seemed really kind. However, I give two stars because they didn't change the sheets or properly clean the massage table I was put on. (I didn't know this until after because my sister watched them just straighten the blankets and not remove them, and she didnt tell me til we left.) Next, I requested medium pressure for my massage and got the roughest massage I've ever gotten in my life. I thought it was just me but others that went with me had experienced the same thing. My first time here and it was great, i asked for a firm handed massage and definitely got that. He really worked out the knots in my shoulders, it would have been a 5 star experience if the massage table would have had the usual head rest with the hole in it, the table i was on had what seemed like a travel pillow with a paper towel laid across it.
