I did Reiki with Stephany and left fully relaxed. I've been through a lot in the past year and through reiki I was able to explore and let go of a lot of difficult emotions. Stephany is extremely gentle and her guidance of the entire experience was professional, emotional, and much needed. -Leehie
Stefany was so calming and supportive. Her energy was so sweet and made you feel safe to open up. I felt seen emotionally while my body felt relaxed. I recommend her for reiki and yoga. You'll feel better for it.

I received a full body Reiki session with Stef, it was such a calming and powerful experience! I felt a deep sense of peace and release during the session. She has a truly healing presence. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and completely recharged. Highly recommend!
The reiki healing with Stefany was so calming and relaxing. I felt like I was on a cloud for the rest of the day! Her sweet personality made it easy for me to open up about some things that were on my mind. It was nice to release some emotions in a safe space with her. Also got the physical healing benefits a few days later my symptoms I was having got so much better! Highly recommend !!
