Stefany was so calming and supportive. Her energy was so sweet and made you feel safe to open up. I felt seen emotionally while my body felt relaxed. I recommend her for reiki and yoga. You'll feel better for it.

I received a full body Reiki session with Stef, it was such a calming and powerful experience! I felt a deep sense of peace and release during the session. She has a truly healing presence. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and completely recharged. Highly recommend!
The reiki healing with Stefany was so calming and relaxing. I felt like I was on a cloud for the rest of the day! Her sweet personality made it easy for me to open up about some things that were on my mind. It was nice to release some emotions in a safe space with her. Also got the physical healing benefits a few days later my symptoms I was having got so much better! Highly recommend !!
This was my first Reiki experience. Stephany is an amazing person, great listener and a gifted reiki practitioner. When I left the session, I really felt like a weight was lifted off me. It was truly amazing as I had no expectations and the session was beyond what I could have imagined. Highly recommend. I will be planning another session soon and recommend my friends who can use some spiritual uplifting. My chakras are more in alignment now. Thank you Stephany!
