I was approved for third party billing but they did charge somethings to my insurance.I thought they did get approval for my upper gi. When I was suppose to have the the procedure they stop taking the third party billing. Now I'm stuck with a 10000 and 17500 bill that is more than the procedure.I'm very conscience about my credit pay my bills I wasn't inform that I would get this. I don't make 30000 Yr. THIS OFFICE SUCKS !!!! EVERYONE OF THE STAFF WAS RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND DID I SAY RUDE. I WILL NEVER VISIT TRUE RESULTS AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD AT THIS OFFICE! IF THEY HAVE A CORPORATE OFFICE I WILL CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY, AS THEY ARE ALL UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! I'M ONLY RATING IT 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO OTHERWISE I WOULD GIVE IT NONE!!!!
Great customer service! The nursing staff are really helpful thru my weight loss journey.
So I went to my first consultation yesterday and I wasn't motivated at all. I don't know what's with this location, but it sucks. I was so excited when my co-workers told me about this company, they motivated me to stop being scared and get additional treatment. But they're going to a different location, so maybe that's why my experience sucked. I left there feeling so discouraged and defeated.
