Do not, repeat do not use this company! I had sleeve in 2016 in Austin. They told me if I had an ulcer my insurance would pay for it. So I went in and I had the pre-exam and lo and behold I had an ulcer and they told me that it would cost me it was around $3,000 in cash to pay for it and the insurance would pick up the rest. I paid my money in full 30 days later I had the sleeve. Now 2 years later I'm finding out the Dr from San Antonio wants 6,000 more and has turn me over to a collection agency to pay $6,000 which apparent... read more
I had Dr Long perform gastric sleeve on me in October, 2017. One of the best decisions i ever made. Great organization.
I can't wait to get this process started. I was nervous and excited, but Dr Long was so nice and informative.
Every single time I call to get an update on my status which is pre surgery whatever they tell me I need something new to get cleared for surgery, come on when requesting paperwork test and all results please do so in the first try not on a weekly basis request something new! Since September I'm waiting for a dammm surgery date and I'm so tired of being put on hold to get cleared! So upsetting!!!
