No stars for this group. I was hopeful initially that they would restore my antique desk. They did not restore my desk, in fact the desk was never returned to me. Initially they said they would have it available for me to pick up, but when I attempted to contact them on the days specified no one would return my messages or calls. This was a costly experience. Do not use anyone claiming to be from True Restorations.

Spoke to owner. Was Impressed as to his involvement on getting the pito restore my piece.. Sad to day these people took off with my China cabinet and $350 to get material to fix it. Have cLled and text many times and get no response. Or they hang up.

Fast and friendly service, repaired by husbands broken recliner, excellent price and 8 months later it's holding strong!

Amazing!! Thank you Scott for saving my Dad's old record player. I'd talked with 3 other people who told me that it was beyond repair, you proved them wrong :-) :-) Thank you again, Shane and Carol C.

Outstanding restoration on my Grandmother's antique phonograph, looks and plays beautifully. The only issue I had was the length of time it took to complete and return. Although I have to say it was the absolute best packing job ever and well worth the extra packaging fee!
