I’ve been twice now and both times the staff, space and floats have been great. The private rooms with the pods were super clean and the water temp was perfect. A friend and I were able to relax with water and tea afterwards in the lounge area before heading back into our days. We both noted that we felt really relaxed and that carried over into the next day and beyond. Highly recommend floating and doing it more than once!
Had a great experience at True Rest float spa. Ok, it's in a strip mall...but parking is free and once you go inside it's full spa vibes. They were super helpful and everything is clean. I had done a float years ago and this was sooo much nicer. The float itself is so relaxing. You can have music while you float or just enjoy the silence. There's even an intercom to talk to the front desk in case you change your mind part way through (as I did) or if you need anything. I can expressed how relaxed I feel. Highly recommend if you’re feeling overwhelmed or have pain. Great service very kind. People work here.
Wonderful place to relax! Staff is helpful and pleasant. This was my first visit with many more to come!
