I have been trying to cancel my membership, by sending an email as requested, daily for the last 5 days with no response except to charge for them to charge my credit card again. Im hoping to change this review rating with an update.
The floating experience is not my issue with True Rest. It's SAFETY or rather the lack of it. All floor surfaces are very slippery. You start off with a shower that has no walls. In spite of the fact that there is a drain, water goes everywhere. And much to my surprise there are no safety grab bars anywhere! There's also no handle to help with getting in and out of the tub and they tell you before hand that you should NOT use the door handles as gab bars...they're not meant to hold weight.
