This was going to be my first experience "Floating", but it turned into a nightmare. I made an appointment via classpass and drove a half hour to the location, arriving 30 minutes early as instructed via email. When I arrived, the door was locked and nobody was there. I assumed that maybe the front desk went to an early lunch, so I waited... and waited... Finally when it was past my appointment time, I called the number provided on the door. The staff made may experience exceptional. I recommend everyone try at least once.
I really didn’t know what to expect. The intro video seemed too good to be true. Although it took me a few minutes to settle in, it turns out the video was right! Some chronic pains eased after a few minutes and the whole experience was both relaxing and energizing. Will definitely be back
The Staffs here are very very Professional, Knowledgeable Courteous and Friendly. Ever since I used the Float Spa my Shoulder pain go away. I’m grateful for this Float Spa and the Staffs.
