My body THANKS YOU! It was my first time in a sauna and using infrared light therapy in the VitalitySuite. My body felt so relaxed and at peace!!!! Afterwards, I enjoyed a very peaceful and restful float in the Pod room. The staff is very nice and accommodating in every way. THANK YOU True Rest team!!! Extended travel resulted in a lot of stress on our body. True rest float spa, McDonough location, was very relaxing and rejuvenating. One-option music is not a preferred change, but staff provided the reason behind that decision. I did rest and relax so I still rated it high for the overall positive experience. Staff was incredible, kind and attentive. Thanks Tamika. The ice plunge is next.
I had a great experience. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and made it easy to fully relax and unwind. Tamika was amazing from start to finish, making me feel comfortable and welcomed the entire time. Her professionalism and positive energy truly elevated the experience and made it even more enjoyable. Absolutely the sweetest lady.
I visited Float Spa while on a girls trip with three friends, and we had such a great experience from start to finish. We booked for four people and were able to go at the same time, which made it even more fun to share together.
