06/24/26 New review I have been floating at the McDonough location since 2019. They were 5 stars! I was featured in the "We are HENRY magazine" the summer of 2025. Since 2019 True Rest have had several owners. All the men and women have given me excellent service when I arrive 2-3 times per week. The past owners Mike and Kelli Li were on top of things. VERY RISKY TO GO HERE. LIABILITY IS TOO HIGH. The Area Manager called me back into the float room after a session and blindly accused me of causing a stain, and threatened up to a $500 charge with zero proof. Apparently this is in the waiver so you need to take photos of the room before and after you use it. After I rightfully pushed back, she emailed me to say the stain "was removed." I received a gift for mother's day to visit True REST Spa. It was relaxing. The pod was amazing. I did two different rooms. One was the sauna, cold water jacuzzi and red light. The other was 1 hour floating in the pod relaxing.
I had a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! Olivia was so polite and accommodating. I will definitely be returning! This is will be my new thing now. #selfcareatitsbest!
My body THANKS YOU! It was my first time in a sauna and using infrared light therapy in the VitalitySuite. My body felt so relaxed and at peace!!!! Afterwards, I enjoyed a very peaceful and restful float in the Pod room. The staff is very nice and accommodating in every way. THANK YOU True Rest team!!!
