UPDATE...changed to FIVE STARS!!! I returned this past weekend following a scheduling mishap a few weeks ago. My sister and I had arrived but no one was at the spa. The McDonough location is under new management and they did NOT disappoint! My first float was very relaxing. I did a good bit of research prior to my float so that I could better understand what to experience. Great customer service from Aubrey today and as usual a wonderful float! I've been doing this 6 years now and it just keeps getting better. This is a must if you have a lot of stress in your life whether it's mental or physical, floating is one of the best ways to help manage the stress on the mind or body!
My sister and I scheduled appointments for today, 6/21/25, online for 9:15am and were instructed to arrive 30 minutes early. Well, we've been sitting outside since 8:45 it is now 9:25. Doors are locked. No staff. This is incredibly bad business!! This was supposed to be a relaxing experience for my sister and I. What a huge disappointment!!
First and foremost, do not believe everything you're told during the sales pitch—especially by Aubrey. I purchased an unlimited float package after just my second float, as I’m recovering from spinal surgery and truly found the float itself to be helpful, even though Aubrey was the only employee and seemed rushed. He assured me I could cancel the membership at any time, that during the week I wouldn't need an appointment, and that I could float up to 2.5 hours on weekdays—reserving appointments only for weekends.
