The staff were nice. The float was interesting, but I mentally couldn't do the whole 60 minutes. The oxygen bar made my nose feel weird
My son wanted to try a float for the first time, for his birthday. He found True Rest in McDonough and I made an appointment for him. The staff was very accomadating while making the appointment and answered all my questions. From the moment we went in, we felt very welcomed. Kalia was so helpful and kind to me and my son. He loved his float. He said it was very relaxing. While I waited she offered me tea and Oxygen therapy, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Jay was also checking up on us and very nice. Float Therapy is a GO! On Saturday afternoon (11/22/25), we visited the McDonough spa and received a completely informative tour from Tamika. Observing the premises firsthand alleviated my initial apprehension regarding floating alone in a pod. Tamika provided a comprehensive explanation of the entire process and answered all my many questions.
