This was my first float therapy experience. I was hesitant at first because of all the advertising claims, but it truly exceeded my expectations. I felt noticeably more relaxed afterward and slept better that night. I’ll definitely be back.
This was my first floating session at TrueREST in McDonough. I arrived for my appointment, warmly greeted, checked in and started my tour and finished in Pod Room 5. I was given clear instructions and was left to start my float. The float was amazing and very relaxing. Mind you I don't know how to swim and I'm claustrophobic, but I'm working on overcoming my fears. I was able to close the pod and float away.
