Store was closed when i went at 1pm on a thursday. No sign or anything. Seems like this stores hours are inconsistent

the worst customer service experience i ever had... went to return an online purchase. the employee and manager said they dont do returns for online purchases. i mentioned that i had done so about a month back at the livermore outlet, these guys didnt care. i pulled up the company return policy on the phone. the manager had one look at it and rudely said he still wont do it. he added he is done doing business with me and that i should leave. totally rude and unprofessional. went to the great mall outlet and did the return.
Store was great, employees were attentive and helpful. Manager was everywhere and making sure everyone in the store was being helped. Took one star away for hours not being consistent. Showed up to shop from out of town and store was closed had to return the next day.
