I had a very disappointing experience at the True Religion store in Gilroy, CA. While shopping, an employee (old picture on YELP of him) approached me and told me pets aren’t allowed in the store. I calmly explained that my dog is a service animal, and she was in a stroller and very well-behaved. I had already walked past two other employees and made it halfway through the store without any issue, so this felt inconsistent and targeted.
