Out of all the locations I come to shop with Ronda at the aurora location , she is good at putting outfits together, and great customer service , highly recommend
Back to school shopping was a hiy
I stopped by this store during a trip to Chicago with my husband, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged. Instead, the male employee and a woman who seemed to be the manager were openly engaged in a personal conversation, laughing and discussing text messages from the night before. This store prices are higher than the online prices. Nice to be able to try on the clothes before you buy. But in all honesty they don’t price match online items. Why would I buy items for a higher price when I can save and get more for my money? Staff is just ok. For a retail store I’d expect more friendly workers and the amount for the clothes. This isn’t Beverly Hills!
