I had a horrible experience today. I went to the store because I ordered something online and wanted to do a trade-in. The person working there refused to trade me for something I liked in the store because I only had a balance of 0.68. I told her that was fine, but she still wouldn't do the trade. She told me I had to buy something. Can someone explain to me how I'm supposed to buy something with only 0.68? I had a horrible experience at this store. I walked in and there was a huge sign that says 50% off the entire store. I had about five things in my hand just for the store manager to tell me that sale isn’t going anymore. I found it daunting because the sign was literally standing there as tall as the store. And instead of honoring what the sign, said she took the sign down. So I put down my items and only bought the two items my daughters really wanted. But I won’t be coming here again.
