Store was not open at schedule time. This is extremely inconvenient because i drove two hours just to come to this location, & had to wait an extra hour just for the store to still not open. All store open at 10am along with the mall. I’m confused as to why this store fails to follow suit to the mall opening hours.
The quality of customer service in this store sucks!! I expected better service when I’m paying $170 for a pair of jeans. Not one employee greeted me. Not one employee asked if we needed help. Not one employee smiled at me. Your employees need to be retrained and maybe they can take lessons from the buckle employees. If it wasn’t for my son, I wouldn’t have bought anything from the store. Today I had the most horrible experience in the Concord Mill store. Upon entering the store, I began looking at the men’s jeans for my son. We had ordered a few pair online and wanted to go to the store to see the different fits/styles of the jeans, an employee by the name of Austin came up to me while I was putting a pair of jeans back and snatched it violently saying let me do it.
