Worst experience with staff very rude
We visited this store today, February 24, 2026, around 7:30 PM to do a simple exchange, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The lady (one out of two staff working) there was rude, dismissive, and treated us very differently. Her attitude felt discriminatory and disrespectful, especially toward us as members of the Indian community. The staff seem more interested in conversing with one another than helping out. They made us feel like an inconvenience anytime we asked for help.
