I came in from the Vaughn location unable to find anything. Luckily the store manager Claudio was able to find me the right fit and size.
I had a great experience at True Religion thanks to Rasna and Olisa. Rasna, the sales associate, was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, made thoughtful suggestions, and never made the experience feel rushed. Her attitude was genuinely welcoming, which made shopping enjoyable. Terrible location
Terrible service and zero professionalism. The store was closed 20 minutes before the actual closing time, with the doors already locked. Multiple customers were knocking, and staff were inside watching us but refused to open the door. I even showed them the time through the glass, but they completely ignored everyone. I came all the way from Hamilton just to visit this store, and this is what I got. Absolutely unacceptable. Disrespectful, lazy, and unprofessional staff. Worst store experience. Don’t bother coming here.
