We had a great shopping experience thanks to Aya. She was very helpful and organized. She found the jeans my wife needed really fast. She was also very patiente and very sweet. Because of her we bought 2 jeans instead of 1.
I visited the True Religion Outlet at Toronto Premium Outlets after driving from Windsor to shop there. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When we entered the store, a female associate greeted us and tried to help us find what we were looking for. She wasn’t sure about the specific item, so she asked another employee to assist us. ~~***Terrible customer service but great shoplifting target apparently***~~ If you want to show your employees how not to act, take them on a field trip here. You can even hear these girls complain about customers as they actively block the aisles (waste space) while also ignoring you. It's a lot of ignorance going on at once but they somehow manage to be the least productive they can possibly be for hours on end!
