Their system was only working partially. Staff is very helpfu,l friendly, apologetic and accommodating.
The lady Jalayne was so very helpful. I never shopped at the this outlet but she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She assisted me with finding my sizes and helped me find a complete outfit within the price range that I had to spend which wasn't much but she helped me find great deals on clearance to accommodate my pockets. I don't know how to dress so it was nice having her help me with styling and finding the best deals. I left a very happy customer and can't wait to put on my new true religion outfit tonight! the new assistant manager Jalayne was very helpful, she was letting me know different sizes that worked for our body type , she helped me pick and find clothes and was very patient she is the bestt
shout out to Darius ( sorry if I misspelled). I called the store to check inventory for more than one item. This young man was so respectful, patient & polite. He made me feel like a valued customer. Based off of what I was originally looking for, he used his expertise to assist in recommending like products and although the item i was originally seeking was not in stock, Darius was still able to keep the customer satisfied.
