shout out to Darius ( sorry if I misspelled). I called the store to check inventory for more than one item. This young man was so respectful, patient & polite. He made me feel like a valued customer. Based off of what I was originally looking for, he used his expertise to assist in recommending like products and although the item i was originally seeking was not in stock, Darius was still able to keep the customer satisfied. The lady “won’t return online orders” and will only exchange? Sounds like someone not wanting their store rev to take a hit. Wouldn’t ship it back either. Maybe TR should not say you can return to any store on their website. You can’t return online orders here- more like she won’t !
Im surprised the manager is such a dislikable person at such a well known successful brand. This lady came in from the back with her negative attitude, yelled at the poor worker that he can’t drink his water at the register. So employees can’t hydrate themselves during a shift? We were about to buy 3 pairs of jeans, but after seeing that, we left. We’re visiting from out of state and our impression of true religion has altered. She was also not very welcoming to my husband.
This place needs to be completely shut down. I had a show downtown Minneapolis and I was based on wearing True Religion not knowing that this store is not open. They says it open Monday through Friday, but it’s not open. I’ve waited in the area for 6 1/2 hours thinking someone was gonna show up. No one never showed up. I even left a note on the door like is this a real place or what?
I tried calling for two weeks straight no answer. I finally get an answer and he told me he closed at 7:30 PM.
