Shopped at TR a couple weeks ago and the first employee who was a younger woman about early to mid 20’s was very nice and welcomed us. Once I asked if we could exchange a pair of jeans my son purchased online the manager (older blonde woman name on receipt is Vera) jumped in and said we can’t get a refund just an exchange but very rude and condescending. So while shopping around my son found a few other items he liked that were on sale but asked if they had another size in the back and the manager seemed so bothered to help ... read more
Had a really good visit at True Religion - Eagan. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the employees were friendly and professional. They offered assistance when needed and were helpful without hovering. My wife picked up a pair of jeans and a couple of tee shirts for a little over $200, and she’s really happy with everything. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. We’ll definitely be back. *Sale price on the single pair of jeans were 169. Tee was 20.00 and 30.00. Each. For pricing reference.
