I went to this location in Pleasant Prairie to exchange a pair of pants that I got online. As I was leaving the store, the alarm went off because the security tag was still on the pants. The lady at the register said oh I thought I took it off. That means someone stole. She also didn’t give me a receipt. I get home to discover there’s another tag inside of the pants pocket. I was in the true religion store on September 10, 2025 preparing myself to go to the Terrance Crawford fight in Vegas. We showed up to the store 15 to 20 minutes before it closed and the staff was so rude and was rushing us because they wanted to close the store down at 7 PM. True religion is one of my man fashion designers that I wear, and when I’m in California when I’m in Vegas and other states, we’ve never gotten this treatment. Today my bf and I went shopping at True Religion here in Wisconsin at the outlet malls, when we were purchasing our items Daisy and Tiny at the front desk were so kind to us! Made us smile and were being very nice:) Gave us a great military discount and definitely made us want to come back! Go shop thereeee!!!!!!!

Never been in a store where no one says anything to the customer at all don’t even greet you. I’ve been in the store about 45 minutes walked around and tried on some and not one person asked anything. What an amazing greeting when I walked in do you need help with a size? Is there anything we can help you do nothing at all. Everyone on there phone wait they said something when we checked out lol what a joke

The employees in this store are extremely rude. We got here and there was no sign they were going to close, they locked the door and with a closing sign as we choose clothes. All the employees were looking at us mad as if they wanted to kick us out the store with their look. I understand they wanted to eat but we didn't know they were going to close when we were shopping. Next time they could put a sign they're going to close so we won't go in.
