Literally just went in for a size exchange and had to pay extra money because I got the pants on a bigger sale the first purchase than what the current sale was. That’s bs. I literally just changed the size of the SAME product. It doesn’t make sense that I had to pay more money because the first time I bought it on sale 50% and now the sale is 30% off. OF THE SAME PRODUCT… Not to mention I had the receipt and bought a jacket with the exchange as well.. 👎
The employees were listening to music and on their phones being so disrespectful and didn’t spell my name out on my email just because I noticed and I was just trying to get out of there.
I paid $31 for 2 day delivery on December 20 It is now December 26 and still have not received this package. I received numerous updates showing I would receive, then it would change to a later time... NOW it shows Monday it will be here which I cannot count on. FREE delivery is 5-7 days I put hold on Christmas gifts due to true religion not fulfilling their commitment for shipping time
I went to this location in Pleasant Prairie to exchange a pair of pants that I got online. As I was leaving the store, the alarm went off because the security tag was still on the pants. The lady at the register said oh I thought I took it off. That means someone stole. She also didn’t give me a receipt. I get home to discover there’s another tag inside of the pants pocket. I was in the true religion store on September 10, 2025 preparing myself to go to the Terrance Crawford fight in Vegas. We showed up to the store 15 to 20 minutes before it closed and the staff was so rude and was rushing us because they wanted to close the store down at 7 PM. True religion is one of my man fashion designers that I wear, and when I’m in California when I’m in Vegas and other states, we’ve never gotten this treatment.
