Breanna the cashier was so helpful! I came in earlier today and bought a sweater but later on that day I noticed a small hole in it and It needed to be exchanged. Breanna went out of her way to look for a new one In my size. Great customer service and a sweet and thoughtful person.
Costumer service is the worst, if I can do negative stars I would.”MARK” was super rude and kicked me out for having a closed beverage! After walking through half of store. Don’t come!!!!
I m an excellent True Religion costumer but recently I have awful experiences with the manager of this store Latinos please make yourself a favor and don’t buy on me his store the manager is a racist she try to humiliate you as soon as she knows you speak Spanish I am so disappointed on the store manager I write corporate waiting for the response I’m going to try to buy online from now on, if you need to go there ask for Axel he is the best employee he deserves to be the manager I hope he will be promoted
