Poor customer service
This location the service is poor. I work in customer service and i understand the frustration when it gets busy but I have to call 4xs for someone to pick up as well as i politely asked if something’s can be placed on hold. Instead of saying unfortunately we don’t hold things on the weekend he said “I’m not doing that” i also called during the week and the young lady had an attitude is well. Not sure if it’s a bad week but definitely could have been better service for sure
