Came into the store to exchange bottoms ordered online. However, they did not have my size. The cashier stated they only do returns on Monday and Friday. Surely, that’s NOT WHAT THE STORE POLICY STATES! They won’t be open much longer according to reviews!!
When I say Kia the manager knows her products and had me looking gotta give her her . She’s REAL and True to the Religion,made sure I got my moneys worth and I appreciate her. She was very professional and attentive.
I really enjoyed my visit…The Store Representative Jas at wolfchase was very helpful and her customer service skills was excellent !!
I had an excellent experience….customer service was awesome…Jasmine helped me find everything I was looking for and more…I will definitely be shopping there again. The store was also very clean and neat which is a plus when you are trying to find what you are looking for .
