I had a terrible experience at True Religion. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. No greeting, no assistance—just attitude the whole time. It honestly felt like they didn’t want anyone in the store. Customer service here is completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back. Walked in and should have walked out! African American lady was rude as soon as we entered. Since I went there to spend money I didn’t let her attitude stop my purchase. My son tried to enter the door and she stopped him twice from entering but allowed other people in after he walked away. My purchase was almost 300.00 . Too bad she denied entry from my son as I explained to her that my son was going to spend money in there as well but didn’t get the opportunity . Came in for for an online order refund / size exchange. The staff was friendly and helpful, much better than the other reviews I’ve seen here. My only complaint is that TR should handle online order exchanges / returns better in general as a company and not put the pressure of that on the TWO actual stores they have in DFW. Driving 45 min isn't awful for me, but not ideal when I bought these items online in the first place 🤷♀️
After previously being turned away at the Grand Prairie location for an exchange I drove to this location and had the best experience. From the moment I called to ensure that I can exchange an item purchased online to the instant i walked in this location aftervdriv
