My husband and I were visiting family, and we decided to go shopping. When we walked into the store, my husband asked, “What time do you close,” because the woman was already cashing out and counting the money from the register. She said, “8:00,” very rudely and without even looking at us. It was 7:20. I picked out two pairs of jeans, and I asked to try them on. The same woman replied, “The fitting rooms are closed.” I put both pairs of jeans back on the table. It’s the WORST True Religion store I’ve ever been to.

I called the store asking to speak to the lady that spoke Spanish because she was the one who helped me in store and knew what i was looking for. I realized I was not charged for a sweat pant and I wanted to ask her to hold it for me or I could even pay for it over the phone and that I would be back in the morning. Went to location at Allen outlet mall. It was only a family of 4 mother. Father 2 kids and they would not let anyone else inside the store. They either need more workers and just close down. So much money was lost due to people not willing to wait. It’s not like the store was crowded. The store worker said she can’t let anyone in until someone comes out.
On Friday of last week, I visited this true religion location in Allen a guy with a brown True religion shirt assisted me at the counter. This was between 3 and 4 PM. I tried to do a return for an online order and he told me that I couldn’t do it that all I could do was shop there with them and I said really because I looked online at the return policy and it says that I’m able to do a return he said nope can’t do it.
