My experience at the Allen Premium True Religion location was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. Before we were even allowed into the store, it appeared that employees were monitoring how many customers were entering and only allowing additional people inside after others exited. While I understand stores may occasionally limit occupancy for safety or operational reasons, it was confusing because once we were finally allowed in, the store was nowhere near busy enough to justify having customers wait outside. Not an outlet super expensive can buy cheaper on line
Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in! The team was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the product. They made shopping easy without being pushy and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was well organized, the selection was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the great work!
I had a terrible experience at True Religion. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. No greeting, no assistance—just attitude the whole time. It honestly felt like they didn’t want anyone in the store. Customer service here is completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back. They discriminated my 2 years old boy by lying their teeth about fake safety policy’s of their store.
