Came in for for an online order refund / size exchange. The staff was friendly and helpful, much better than the other reviews I’ve seen here. My only complaint is that TR should handle online order exchanges / returns better in general as a company and not put the pressure of that on the TWO actual stores they have in DFW. Driving 45 min isn't awful for me, but not ideal when I bought these items online in the first place 🤷♀️
After previously being turned away at the Grand Prairie location for an exchange I drove to this location and had the best experience. From the moment I called to ensure that I can exchange an item purchased online to the instant i walked in this location aftervdriv
Today is 03/02/26 at 7:38pm. My family and I drive an hour to get to this store and were treated like absolute garbage, even after we spent almost $300. The 2 employees that were closing followed us to the dressing room every single time we wanted to try on a pair of jeans and waited extremely close to the door while I was changing, making me feel very uncomfortable like I am going to steal something. When today, February 13, 2026 with my mom and my two kids. And we got racially profile. They keep following us around the store and mind you there was like five other customers, and they were only following us . When we came in they didn't even greet us or tell us about the special, but other people that were coming that were not Hispanic got great and were told the specials of the day.
