I got me two outfits from them yesterday and a jean purse. The whole store is 50% off right now. I'm writing the review because Phillip customer service is top tier. He also helped me coordinate both of my fits. I am satisfied and I will be back.
They help me with a return, the girl there was very helpful, she explained everything really well
Lack of customer service, beware Store Manager is very rude and unpleasant. If you want to shop at a store where everyone is watching you and trying you to pressure you into things you don’t want and when you say I don’t want that or I’m just looking they roll their eyes(Phillip). So wonder this store has a reputation at the mall. I was informed by a staff at Under Armor and Ulta don’t shop there. No thanks.
Highly unprofessional staff and management. One of the employees saying the N word like it’s no big deal and I asked to speak to a manager about it and the kid looked at me and said I am the manager. He said it’s not unprofessional it’s who I am.
I called in for a potential exchange for things I already purchased.The lady hung up in my face for no reason and wouldn’t answer the phone no more.I had to call the Orlando location for service and they were a big help.If you don’t get those people out of there it’s definitely going to hurt the business.
