My experience at this location was defined entirely by the shockingly unprofessional conduct of the store manager, Onica. I arrived with a valid receipt and was well within the return window, yet she flatly refused the return and told me to drive an hour and a half back to the Orlando store despite company policy clearly allowing it. I got me two outfits from them yesterday and a jean purse. The whole store is 50% off right now. I'm writing the review because Phillip customer service is top tier. He also helped me coordinate both of my fits. I am satisfied and I will be back.
