Samantha was very rude to me and I did not feel appreciated as a customer. Her people skills definitely need some work, she does not seem happy to be there at all so it might not even be her people skills she just might need another job. While browsing at clothes she spoke on the store speaker and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I don’t recommend shopping here at all until she’s removed.

So disappointed! I washed these jeans on delicate and now they have shrunk so much I can’t breathe! NEVER again will I order from them

The manager has horrible customer service and is very rude. I will never step back into that store and spend a dime to support. I would not suggest stepping into this store.

Customer Support is comical. You would be better off not having CS at all. I had a rivet fall off the first time I wore the jeans. They were less than 30 days old and worn for an hour. Support offered a 20% discount b ecause they have been worn and do not have tags. I said I just want to exchange them. They said you wore them. I said your warranty says "or Defective". They said No. Ok so what if I wash them and the dye does something weird or the stiching comes out? "No tags, unwashed and unworn. Is the policy." Except for D... read more
