I placed an order online and drove almost an hour to the Grand Prairie location on Black Friday to return one of the pairs of jeans I bought. When I arrived, every employee told me they were not doing returns that day. I asked to speak with the manager, and he said he would allow an exchange only. Management has got to be extremely horrible in this store. Drove an hour for a return to be told they haven’t had ink in 3 days and can not do returns. It’s the holidays. Lock in!
I came by the store a week ago to buy my first pair of true jeans and the customer service was amazing!!! Very helpful and thorough in finding what i was looking for i will definitely be back to this location specifically for Isabelle!!!
