I have bought so many items from True Religion and had no complaints until now. I placed an order and when it came to my house 3 of the 4 items were missing . When I tried to contact them someone named Warlito Marcalas emailed me and said that since the weight printed on the package was correct they were not going to do anything about it. He told me to dispute the charges with my bank. I was never able to speak to a real person only emails. I feel like I was treated very poorly. I am extremely disappointed.
Nisha and Leah were super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They are the BEST! Made it a great experience and helped me and my boyfriend pick out a ton of stuff. Will definitely be coming back and thats mostly from having such a great experience with customer service - 10/10. The employees here are wonderful!!
Really nice store. The employee that was working that morning was very knowledgeable and helpful. Note: if you are a curvy girl those sizes sell out FAST
Great staff very friendly but they really need to make the doors to the dressing room go all the way to the top. That opening above the door should be closed because the cameras outside in the floor can see directly in the rooms.
This was my first time coming here and I’ll most definitely will be coming back. The employees were very nice and welcoming they helped me fine my size and all
