I own a TR store credit (they do not offer refund) for more than 10 years, finally came to store to ask, no help. So i decided to sell cheap for people shopping around, they called security and kicked me out, it's sad
Moses was really helpful and made it so much easier for me to get the right jeans. I was at the store for a long time trying to get multiple jeans and he was very patient and helpful. Mandy also helped me get the correct pricing on all the jeans I was exchanging/purchasing. Thank you both!
Horrible experience my sister came on her birthday to spoil herself and was asking about the sales and the lady seemed annoyed then her boss got mad cus she asked me wen I was checking out if anybody helped me on the sales floor I said no and she said stuff under her breath like “ take into consideration “ never ever coming here again spent 100$ and got treated like shit if u don’t like working on the weekends then stay home !! 本来不想买衣服的，本来路过只是想进去随便逛逛，结果出来的时候手上多了两个购物袋哈哈，因为里面的很高的挑染彩色头发很个性的黑人导购很帅很nice，而且很每个问题都答得上，比很多地方的导购都用心很多，冲这家店的customer service我都不好意思不买了，衣服风格还挺cool的，感觉ture religion还是挺用心的
