Amazing customer service and great employees
Online orders can be refunded in store anymore as of this year. The store will take your purchase ship it back for free and you will need to wait for them to receive item for refund. I had to follow up on my refund. Not sure how i feel about this change.
I had a bad experience due to the attitude of staff member. Politeness and basic customer service were lacking. I hope managment addresses this.
Very disappointed with the service. Staf member was rude and unhelpful. No intrested in helping- felt unwelcome as a customer. Won’t be coming back.
