I love their jeans but the review is more for their return practices, which are a complete joke. If there is any chance you may want to return your jeans buy them in store, DO NOT BUY ONLINE. I basically replenished my jeans wardrobe at the holidays and the store was out of stock in a lot of the items I wanted. I ordered multiple jeans online but decided to return a few pairs and took them to the store for the transaction.
