I highly recommend True Potential for all your physical therapy needs . The staff is welcoming and highly knowledgeable in the care they provide. I feel like a person not just a client when I go there. Physical therapy can be anxiety producing due to the demands it makes on your body but the staff at True Potential work hard to make you comfortable and feel safe. I had a wonderful experience at True Potential. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Scheduling appointments was always easy and stress-free, which is honestly rare these days. I especially want to thank Melanie. She is incredibly caring, efficient, and truly makes a difference in the overall experience. Her kindness and professionalism never go unnoticed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the patients and goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!
