True Potential is amazing. The care is so genuine. They take time with each patient. There is also great care and thought that goes into the exercises following the heat and massage. They address all concerns. Highly recommend seeking treatment through them. They are also up on all the insurance ins and outs which can be difficult.
The team at True Potential has made recovery from knee replacements (3 months apart) seem almost easy. They provided support, an individualized treatment plan, motivation on my low days, a gentle push when I was complacent, and an ear for my concerns (and occasional whining). As a result, I’m able to do things I haven’t been able to do in over ten years! I truly appreciate and recommend the entire team at True Potential and know they have been a huge part of my recovery.
I’ve had a great experience at True Potential. There is a great atmosphere here. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
