We are currently in a deal with an agent from this firm. From the first day we met Mandi Lacey she was extremely rude. We had already agreed with the neighbor to buy their home and were not going to involve an agent and buy as is. The night we were going into contact she inserted herself and was stating she could not advise anyone as she helped him write the contract and then began advising him on how to write it and saying she didn't recommend to write things how we had agreed. I highly recommend Mandy and the company. She was very professional and helpful through the whole process of selling and buying. She was always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. She thoroughly reviewed the contract with us prior to us signing with her as well as any amendments that she needed to submit during the listing process and after we received an offer.
