Waiting over a month for an appointment to get there and the therapist tells us he is resigning and that it was basically a waste of our time. He offered the session to us anyway in which we agreed. The therapist was rude, pushy and biased. Since he had already resigned, I assume that’s why his attitude was very poor. The room was literally a closet, totally run down and out of date. A phone call would have been a nice courtesy to reschedule with someone else! But after experiencing this, I will not be returning.

I scheduled an appointment (or so I was told) for 11:30 for my daughter. We came were told to sit and fill out paperwork and while doing so they gave our appt to someone else and told us we could no longer be seen to come back another week. We will not be returning and will be getting services else where.

Scott is an awesome counselor!! He really wants what is best for you and he takes pride in his work!!

Poor customer service, front desk person was arrogant and hard to talk to. When dealing with people that need grace and love, this approach can be very hurtful to those seeking for help.
