Fabulous team that take the time to learn what you need to feel and move better. They have created a warm and welcoming family and made booking a range of exercise sessions a breeze thru their app.
After my first visit I was pleasantly surprised. Having complex health issues, I felt listened to & an appropriate program put in place to help me. Very friendly & genuine.
I joined the True North Wellness Centre last year and from my first class I knew I had found a community I wanted to be a part of. Vicki, Tamika and Hannah are all so welcoming and very knowledgeable and precise with their instruction so that you feel confident in your execution of every exercise.
