I had my first consultation with Tamika today she was absolutely excellent, providing a very helpful and fully comprehensive hour of education and suggestions on maintaining my bone health and general fitness. On my experience with Tamika and the friendly reception staff plus a very well equipped and spacious facility I'd highly recommend TNW.
A very positive experience. I feel confident my health both now and for the many years ahead will benefit from the program and support I have received from True North Wellness.
Tamika was friendly and informative. I felt she listened to my concerns and offered realistic goals to suit my personal situation.
Caring and supportive
