I highly recommend True North Wellness. I desperately needed support to build up my strength and fitness to help manage chronic illness. From the moment you walk in, the staff treat everyone with a caring, gentle, and highly personalized manner. I first joined this exercise gym twelve years ago following a cancer diagnosis. I made two attempts to stick with it, but exercise was never really my thing, and each time I eventually drifted away. Been attending these classes for a number of years, Top quality service and really caring staff light heated when needed bur really serious when also needed. Have had better results from the dedicated staff than from years of physio, probably due to focusing on the individual than purely to condition being treated. Thanks to all at TNW
