Where to begin here... I was at one point a season ticket holder with several packages with the Jets. I no longer has any tickets and won't step foot into the rink. Security here is either as useless as they comen, are on deaths bed, or are rude boomers that again don't have a clue as to what they're doing. They're completely useless. Then you go to merchandising. I found the manager on game days to be very rude and most staff don't give a hoot.. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. You've lost a customer for life
True North Sports and Entertainment needs to do better for its disabled fans. My wife lost her leg and is trying to do normal things again but for two years every time we try to get seats they are all gone for every game. I can go to a game anytime I want but because she is disabled she is punished
