Where to begin here... I was at one point a season ticket holder with several packages with the Jets. I no longer has any tickets and won't step foot into the rink. Security here is either as useless as they comen, are on deaths bed, or are rude boomers that again don't have a clue as to what they're doing. They're completely useless. Then you go to merchandising. I found the manager on game days to be very rude and most staff don't give a hoot.. True North Sports and Entertainment needs to do better for its disabled fans. My wife lost her leg and is trying to do normal things again but for two years every time we try to get seats they are all gone for every game. I can go to a game anytime I want but because she is disabled she is punished

My friend bought us tickets to the Blue Rodeo concert and we were excited having followed the band since the beginning. We were seated in section K at the Burt. I have 2 bilateral knee replacements and fibro. Wasn’t excited about the 35 step climb, but made it. After we were told there was another longer climb. An event host spoke with us and said she would try to assist us. 10 minutes later she presented us with tickets for section A on the floor. We gratefully thank Tracey E. for making our night.
