We were at the Steve Earle concert last Wednesday at the burton Cummings theatre and it was a disaster. I tried to make a formal complaint about what happened but no one phoned back. Mr. Earle was ridiculed,heckled and humiliated at the show buy a group of people that showed up intoxicated before the show even started. They were yelling so loud he couldn't even tell his stories or tune his guitar. He got mad and said he won't be coming back to Winnipeg but after he apologized. We attended the Sooshi Mango comedy show at the Burton theatre and we were very disappointed in the sound. One of the performers head piece microphone was not working. It was cutting in and out and making a whooshing sound. Terrible, I felt bad for the performers. We paid a lot of money for those tickets. An email was sent to True North and we never received an answer back. It doesn’t surprise me. I would have given the show a higher review if we could have heard everything. True North needs to do better

To whom it may concern. I am writing to express the terrible experience i experienced at the Canada life center on April 1st, of 2026. I am a separated, single mother who was hoping to share an wonderful experience with my son. Unfortunately, that was not the case on this night. My son, whom struggles with learning delays and a hearing impairment, just wanted to experience a live All Elite Wrestling event. Where to begin here... I was at one point a season ticket holder with several packages with the Jets. I no longer has any tickets and won't step foot into the rink. Security here is either as useless as they comen, are on deaths bed, or are rude boomers that again don't have a clue as to what they're doing. They're completely useless. Then you go to merchandising. I found the manager on game days to be very rude and most staff don't give a hoot..
