Old lady at receiving was really rude .
Checkin at 9:45am for 10:00am pickup appointment, got the door right away and loaded in 30 mins. Very fast loading
As a truck driver waiting to get loaded this is one of the worst places I've been to waiting here from early morning and now time is around 10:00 pm and i did not get any dock
