I've had a great experience with my recovery thanks to Mrs. Lokhandwala's guidance and instructions. I went from hobbling around with a broken patella to being able to do everything I once did within months and keeping up with my 6 year old has helped improve all aspects of my well being. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to rehabilitate an injury and get their life back.

I was here for a work test and the facility was near and clean.i was told what I will undergo and explained the process. The staff and therapist knew their job and helped me with the assessment.
True North is the best! I've gotten much better using physical therapy and have absolutely no complaints. Nematullah is knowledgeable, caring, flexible and above all listens. Whenever I had an issue she was prompt to assess me, educate me, and give appropriate exercises at that time and homework. I've recommended Nematullah to my family and they've gotten help with their issues. I highly recommend True North for anyone else willing to show up and get better. 🤗
