True North is the best! I've gotten much better using physical therapy and have absolutely no complaints. Nematullah is knowledgeable, caring, flexible and above all listens. Whenever I had an issue she was prompt to assess me, educate me, and give appropriate exercises at that time and homework. I've recommended Nematullah to my family and they've gotten help with their issues. I highly recommend True North for anyone else willing to show up and get better. 🤗
