I had a amazing experince dealing with Manjyot Khanduja. I was buying my house and my other broker was worried i wouldnt be able to be approved. Manjyot was able to help me out in a professional mannner. He was amazing and he knew his stuff.. He was very polite and easy to get a hold of. He made a very stressfull purchase into a very easy process. I am gratefull to him and TrueNorth for the help and getting me an amazing rate on my mortgage.

This was our second time working with Jas Singh and we couldn't be happier with the service. Our file was a bit more complex due to employment changes where our bank was unable to port the mortgage or find a workable solution but Jas was able to work with us to find lenders at a lower rate and saved our move! The move involved SIRVA and Jas walked us through everything we needed and was always available for questions.
