Poor attention to details and very unhelpful. Went through the process and the agent had to prepare multiple iterations of documents because details were missed. Asked several times about property tax payments and was assured that it was setup as we wanted only to have a double payment come out on our first mortgage payment. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.
