I can't say enough about the service these folks give. I called about an issue on my 20 yo generator and they came out the same day despite it being after a big storm when others were also calling. 100% recommend. Would give 100 stars.
We had True North install our generator five years ago and have really appreciated it. We have subscribed to their yearly maintenance as well. Last night we had an issue and they came right out and fixed us up. Superior service. They get my highest recommendation!
True North is the best! Our neighbor referred us 5 years ago and our whole house, Kohler generator has gotten a lot of use as we lose power often! Steve, Kat and the team are always on top of their game! Thanks for keeping the lights on for us!
