I can’t recommend Belinda enough. She has done an amazing job, designing the program that works. The 6 week program was an amazing journey for me. I feel so great about my body, gained lean muscle, lost body fat and most importantly feel so much stronger. Thank you Belinda for all your work, being so flexible, support, motivation and guidance. I’ve been going to Peninsula Wellness Co for 10 weeks for EMS, Cryo Slimming, and recovery sessions and the experience has been fantastic. I am writing to share how thrilled I am with the results from my 6 weeks of treatment. After completing 5 Cryo sessions, 10 EMS sessions, 3 recovery sessions, food plans and my before and after scans, I am over the moon with the transformation. Couldn't recommend Belinda highly enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable across all her treatments. I noticed a massive change over 5 visits with the Cryo Slimming + EMS program.
