My experience is with an auto and HELC, so if you apply for these with True North FCU, I urge you to read the details and ask about the fees and addon's (both are high). They bury these in the fine print but in both of my experiences they do not go out of their way to show you this, which is fine I guess, and totally legal, but you should be aware of this.
